Who is this course for?
This course is aimed at students who have already studied introductory texts such as al Ājurrūmiyyah and have some experience in studying books such as al ʿArabiyyah bayna yadayk (1&2) and Madinah Books (1&2). If you haven't studied the above or equivalent, this course will not be suitable for you.
How are the classes delivered?
The classes are delivered live via Zoom using high quality audio and visuals. The classes are interactive allowing students to ask questions via audio and a chat box. Moreover, the class will have a dedicated Telegram channel allowing students to engage with the teacher throughout the duration of the course. The class will be delivered in English
How long is the course for?
Topcis & Objectives
It will take two 16-week terms to complete the text. There will be a two hour class every Monday night,
8-10pm. The classes will be held on:

In this term, each student will learn the following topics:
The different Mafʿūls
Ḥāl, Tamyīz and more
Students will develop a deeper understanding of grammar that will enable them to enhance their comprehension skills of Arabic text.
There will be weekly assessments assigned. They will be short multiple choice assessments and will be reviewed at the beginning of each class.

Is live attendance mandatory?
Who will teach the course?
No, although it highly encouraged. If a student misses a class they can view the recording for the lesson on the student portal. Please note, each recording will remain on the student portal for 2 weeks only. We do not provide lifetime access to our classes as we expect students to view the classes on a a regular basis and complete the course within the term time.
The course will be delivered by the founder of Tawfīq Online Learning, Alomgir Ali, a graduate of al Azhar University (BA Islamic Law) who also possesses a BA in Arabic and English.
Each Term lasts for 16 Weeks (2 hours per week) and costs £70 (£60 with the early bird discount i.e. £1.88 per hour). We try to keep our prices low and believe that our fees are very low compared to most online institutions.
