FAQ

1. What will happen at the event?

A: This is a social event. Food will be served and there will be an opportunity for students to meet one another and engage with Sheikh Alomgir Ali in person. There will also be a reminder, Qur'ān recitation, ice-breaker and a table talk with Sh. Alomgir.

2. Is this event open to non-Tawfīq Online students? 

A: Yes! It is open to everyone.

3. Are children allowed at the event?

A: Whilst we encourage you leave children at home to ensure a smooth running of the event, we appreciate it might be difficult for you to arrange that. Hence, children under the age of 10 can attend (for free) and children from the ages of 10-16 can attend at a discounted price of £5. 

4. Is there onsite parking?

A: There is no dedicated onsite parking, but all roads within the vicinity of the mosque will be free to park on. Please note, it is very difficult to park close to the mosque, so we encourage you arrive by public transport or arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking. 

5. Will there be separate seating for men and women?

A: There will be a barrier between the men's and women's section. Both sections will be able to see the stage/speaker's table in person.
